Starting October 3, 2011 we begin a six week beginners yoga series, to introduce postures and breathing techniques to students unfamiliar with yoga. Class size will be no more than five students, allowing for more personal attention throughout your class.
Come join us at Helene's Pilates Studio in Millbrae for a special beginners course that will slowly introduce you to the poses, also known as asanas in yoga, in a small and friendly atmosphere. Yoga is not meant to be a competition but a way to connect within yourself and find your own limits, so come and learn a little bit more about yourself and all that you are capable of with this six week series.
